FR Dans cette nouvelle création pour la Junior Company Luxembourg, Anne-Mareike Hess explore l’art de faire une entrée – ce moment précis où un corps s’expose, se positionne et capte l’attention.

Nourrie par sa réflexion sur le corps comme miroir de notre société, la chorégraphe souhaite mettre en lumière les codes qui façonnent nos gestes, notre apparence et la manière dont nous sommes perçu·e·s. Porté·e·s par une fougue espiègle, les danseur·euse·s investissent la scène comme un terrain de jeu où se négocient pouvoir, regard et reconnaissance. Les corps s’y construisent, s’y affirment, testent des postures, des attitudes, des manières d’être au monde – autant de tentatives pour exister sous le regard des autres.

EN In this new creation for the Junior Company Luxembourg, Anne-Mareike Hess explores the art of making an entrance – that precise moment when a body steps into view, opens itself to the gaze and captures attention.

Drawing on her exploration of the body as a mirror of society, the choreographer seeks to shed light on the codes that shape our gestures, our appearance and the way we are perceived. Driven by a playful, mischievous energy, the dancers take over the stage as a playground where power, visibility and recognition are constantly negotiated. Figures emerge and assert themselves, testing postures, attitudes and ways of being in the world – all attempts to exist in relation to others’ eyes.
